CANCELLATION POLICY - 48 hours notice is required.
Once your appointment has been confirmed, this time becomes your sacred space for healing, growth & change, and a high level of energy goes into holding that space specifically for you.
If you do need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please be respectful and provide at least 48 hours notice.
If cancellations or changes to your appointment are made within 48 hours, you’re responsible to pay for half of the consult cost.
If cancellations or changes are made within 24 hours, full payment must be made.
If you prefer, you have the option of sending someone to your appointment in your place, and therefore won’t need to pay the cancellation fee (please let me know if you do choose this option).
Only a limited number of sessions are available throughout the week, therefore late changes impact both myself and other clients who may have needed your appointment time.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
All payments must be made at the end of your consultation (or in advance if you prefer).
*Flinders Lane: Full EFT/CC facilities are available for all appointments made at Flinders Lane (on Wednesday & Saturday). Cash payment is also happily accepted.
*Queen Street: Only Credit Card and Cash payments are accepted for all appointments made at Queen Street(on Thursday). No EFT facilities are available, so please be prepared before you come to your appointment.
For all coaching sessions, preferred payment is via Clickbook's integrated PayPal System.
You can also use this secure system to pay for any Kinesiology sessions, as payment requests are automatically sent along with all other booking details upon confirming your appointment.
